A single cask Highland Park, bottled by Duncan Taylor as part of their ‘Octave’ series. It was invigorated by a final maturation in re-constructed x-sherrywood octave casks – hence the title.Distilled 2005 and bottled in 2018, barrel 5019843 yielded just 106 bottles.
Notes from the bottlers… Salty sea weed, honey, orange blossom, white pepper. Heather honey, milk chocolate, nutmeg, soft sherry and orange blossom. 51.9% Alc./Vol.
