Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense lime and citrus aromas jump from the glass with some orange rind, talc and steely mineral notes also joining in. Pristine lemon and lime flavours race across the palate underscored by wet steel and flinty mineral infusions. Dry steely finish with crisp crunchy fresh like acidity.
